Nominate a Fellow

Do you know a driven, community-centered leader who is committed to providing excellent and equitable educational opportunities that transform education in their communities? BES offers a $5,000 referral bonus for BES Fellows, to be paid when the BES Fellow matriculates into the Fellowship and remains for at least 60 days.

Nominate A Fellow

A referral bonus will be paid when the BES Fellow matriculates into the Fellowship and remains for at least 60 days, and the person making the referral must directly recommend a candidate to BES by submitting a referral via the BES website. The referred leader may not already be in the pipeline for the BES Fellowship. A referral eligible for payout is valid for up to three (3) cohort recruiting cycles. Referrals are not eligible for payout if any employees of a BES Fellowship partner makes the referral or the BES Fellowship partner has an agreement with BES to make referrals. BES retains full and final discretion over the eligibility and payout of referrals.
