Tiffany Delaney’s journey in education has been rooted in a deep commitment to equity and the belief that every child, regardless of zip code, deserves access to a high-quality education.
As a former principal and district-level instructional leader and leadership coach, Tiffany has consistently led school turnaround efforts grounded in culturally responsive practices, community partnership, and a focus on student growth. Her leadership is relational, data-informed, and equity-centered, having learned that transformation is possible when we invest in people, center community voices, and sustain high expectations with compassionate accountability.
Tiffany was most recently Principal at Boston Prep, where she led instructional strategy and schoolwide improvement. She previously served as Director of Curriculum, Principal, and Instructional Support Leader at the Providence Public School District. Prior to this, Tiffany spent over a decade as a Teacher, Leadership Coach, and Staff Development Leader in Maryland.
Tiffany holds a Bachelor’s degree in Family and Consumer Sciences from Morgan State University and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Trinity Washington University. She currently coaches school leaders through her Doctoral program at Capella University, supporting school improvement and instructional leadership development across urban districts.
