Christina Aldrich’s extensive experience in various educational roles has given her a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities within the education system, fueling her passion for systemic change.  She has developed her leadership skills through years of hands-on experience in the classroom and in administrative roles, always striving to empower others and drive positive outcomes for students and educators alike. Previously, she served as the Director of Federal School Improvement at the Arizona Department of Education, where she oversaw several program specialists supporting over 100 underperforming schools across Arizona and developed and implemented 5 cohorts of Arizona’s Elevate Program. Prior to this, Christina spent 23 years in the Phoenix area as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, and assistant principal.

Christina received her first Master’s degree in Curriculum & Instruction and her second Master’s degree in Administration & Supervision from the University of Phoenix.
