Partner With Us
BES is committed to partnering with local, regional, and national education organizations as we support the launch of new public charter schools and ensure that existing public schools have access to leadership development supports through BES, so they can consistently deliver excellent results for all students.
Our partners include education champion organizations, regional incubators, charter associations, advocacy organizations, and national organizations in the school leadership and education innovation space.

*We are currently recruiting leaders for the current BES Fellowship cohort and are actively identifying new partners for future years.
BES engages partners through three primary partnership types, each designed to reflect a different level of collaboration and partner capacity.
For organizations committed to expanding access to high-quality schools in their communities, partnership with BES offers a proven model for doing that work together. We are always looking to deepen our collaborative work with organizations that share our commitment to equity and excellence in education. In addition to one or more tracks of the BES Fellowship, we also partner with local and national education champion organizations as well as funders to support school leaders in any of our other leadership development programs and services.
JOINT FELLOWSHIP PARTNERS
These partners work closely with us to shape and support the Fellowship experience. This includes alignment on recruitment priorities, participation in candidate selection, and collaboration on elements of training and support to ensure Fellows are prepared to launch schools aligned to regional needs.
ADVISORY FELLOWSHIP PARTNERS
These partners provide critical regional insight, connections, and targeted feedback while we lead overall program design and implementation. Their involvement helps Fellows navigate the local landscape and design schools that are responsive to community context.
STRATEGIC INVESTMENT PARTNERS
These partners support the Fellowship through funding for leader development and school launch. While playing a lighter programmatic role, these partners receive regular updates on Fellow progress and help advance broader regional or national priorities.
