Partner With Us
BES is committed to partnering with local, regional, and national education organizations as we support the launch of new public charter schools and ensure that existing public schools have access to leadership development supports through BES, so they can consistently deliver excellent results for all students.
Our partners include education champion organizations, regional incubators, charter associations, advocacy organizations, and national organizations in the school leadership and education innovation space.
BES collaborates with a wide range of local education champion organizations, charter incubators, charter associations, talent development organizations, state education agencies, districts, and higher education institutions to strengthen the pipeline of high-impact school leaders, to provide tailored coaching and cohort-based training to keep educators and school leaders operating at their highest potential, and to support the design and launch of public charter schools that meet the needs of their communities.

Some of the ways our valued partners have engaged with us are by:
- Investing in leaders within the community by sponsoring their participation in our leadership development programming
- Creating more quality seats/school options in their communities by fully or partially funding a seat in the Fellowship that supports a leader to design and found a high-quality school
- Nominating leaders for the BES Fellowship
- Amplifying and advocating for our work to their networks
- Sustaining the growth and impact of existing schools and leaders by supporting their participation in ongoing, high-quality leadership development training and coaching
- Directly funding schools with the initial capital needed to successfully get off the ground through our finish line fund and following startup grants.
