BES School Leader Coaching is designed to support leaders in executive, instructional, operational, or culture roles by sharpening the skills and mindsets they need to execute at the highest level. School Leader Coaching participants typically have at least two years of experience coaching and/or managing adults in schools for at least two hours per week or are responsible for a school-wide program or initiative in various roles.

Coaching sessions include and are not limited to strategic planning, problem-solving, practice and role play, co-planning meetings or professional development; hiring and retention conversations; and direct feedback on leader performance. 

School Leader Coaching packages consist of varying hours of support broken up into 1:1 phone or video calls; document review; and video review of leader practice. Some packages also include site visits from the BES coach.
