Program Overview
Leadership Intensives (LIs) sharpen the skills leaders need to lead a transformational school. LIs support leaders at integral periods of the school year by equipping them with strategies to solve some of the most common leadership challenges. Through action planning and analysis of proven practices, participants learn how to effectively lead and manage their organizations, so that they can concentrate on the goal at hand: equitably educating all students and improving their academic performance.
Whether you’re a school leader, instructional coach, network director, or leading from the operations office, or leading a grade level or content area, Leadership Intensives have something for you.
