Ed Chang

Ed Chang is the Executive Director of redefineED atlanta in Atlanta, Georgia. redefinED atlanta aims to transform Atlanta to a place where every student in every community receives a high-quality education. In order to achieve that vision, it intends to become a catalyst for change in Atlanta by playing raising and aligning funding, making strategic investments, and building coherence to support city-wide transformation. Prior to his work at redefinED atlanta, Ed was the Director of Principal Prep Coaching and Succession Strategy at KIPP Foundation. A 2007 BES Fellow, he founded KIPP STRIVE Academy in Atlanta in 2009.
