Ed Chang is the Executive Director of Urgent Humanity, where he provides executive coaching and consulting to clients around the world centered around supporting organizations in their ability to “do good” while also “being well”. Previous to this role, he served as the founder and executive director of redefinED atlanta in Atlanta, Georgia. redefinED atlanta serves as a catalyst for change in Atlanta by playing raising and aligning funding, making strategic investments, and building coherence to support city-wide transformation. Earlier in his career, Ed was the Director of Principal Prep Coaching and Succession Strategy at KIPP Foundation. A 2007 BES Fellow, he founded KIPP STRIVE Academy in Atlanta in 2009.
