As Senior Director of Leadership Development, Finance and Operations, Eric Robert is dedicated to ensuring that BES maintains robust finance, operations, and facilities processes. He provides the necessary tools and up-to-date resources to foster a culture of learning and continuous growth among fellows and peers.
Eric began his career in operational excellence 15 years ago. Over the past eight years, he has served as a Senior Director of Finance and Operations for multiple K-12 campuses in both Jefferson Parish and East Baton Rouge Parish. Throughout his career, Eric has demonstrated expertise in people development as well as performance management, and has grown his proficiency in school finance, operational excellence, and facilities management. His guiding mantra, “Improvise, Adapt, and Overcome,” keeps him focused on his mission to empower individuals to help others.
A native of the world-renowned city of Marrero, LA, located on the west bank of New Orleans, Eric graduated from Nicholls State University, often referred to as the “Harvard on the Bayou,” with a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and a minor in Business. He also holds an MBA from Western Governors University.
