As Director of Program Operations, Jasmine Boller brings over a decade of experience in education to BES. She began her career as an assistant teacher in early childhood education before joining Guidepost Montessori as Assistant Head of School, where she was a founding member of the leadership team for the Foothill Ranch campus. She went on to serve as a Regional Operations Lead, supporting schools across the largest network of Montessori preschools in the world—helping open new schools, building operational systems and infrastructure, and coaching and training dozens of school leaders to run strong, sustainable programs. Most recently, she helped open a new early learning center as Director, building a safe, well-run school community for children, families, and staff from the ground up.
Jasmine believes strong operational systems are what free up school leaders and educators to focus on what matters most: their students, families, and community.
Jasmine holds a B.A. in Cognitive Science from UC Irvine and a Director of Record certification. A classically trained pianist who also plays guitar, she enjoys exploring the Southern California outdoors, staying active through weightlifting, and spending time with her two nephews and niece.
