As Director of Operations for BES, Krystal Estrada (she/her/hers) is responsible for the operational functions of all BES programs and training. Prior to this role, Krystal served as Chief Operations Officer for a digital marketing and experience agency where she focused on creating strategic business and creative processes. She also served as Operations Manager and Program Manager for Southern California based non-profits, Together We Rise and Beacon of Hope which focus on providing essential services and creating unforgettable experiences for youth in foster care and underprivileged communities.
Krystal’s mission is to build internal connections, systems, and processes that create a positive external impact for the communities we serve. Out of the office, you can find her spending time with her husband and daughter, working on DIY projects, and rolling around on the Jiujitsu mat.
