As an Events Manager at BES, Melissa Rodriguez (she/her/hers) plays a key role in assisting with the operations and execution of events across all BES programs and training initiatives. Prior to this, she served as an Event Planner at UBS Financial Services, where she specialized in organizing impactful internal and client events.
With a diverse career spanning finance, sports, education, and nonprofit sectors, Melissa has held roles at The Walt Disney Company, the Los Angeles Dodgers, and Major League Baseball. Her expertise includes event planning, project management, operations, vendor relations, and marketing, allowing her to create seamless and engaging events.
Melissa holds an MBA in Marketing Management and a BS in Business Management from St. John’s University. A proud New Yorker and fluent Spanish speaker, she enjoys exploring the outdoors, spending time with her family, and giving back to her community.
