Michelle Le (she/her/hers) is the Manager of Marketing & Communications at BES.
Prior to this role, she served as the Communications Manager at the UNLV School of Public Health and as Marketing & Outreach Manager at the Asian Community Development Council, a local nonprofit. In these roles, Michelle developed and implemented strategies to elevate the organizations’ visibility and community impact through targeted marketing and social media efforts. She finds fulfillment and passion for creating content, especially for organizations who serve and positively impact their communities.
Outside of work, Michelle volunteers with DECA, a professional development organization that prepares students for careers in business. She has been involved with DECA for 13 years now, evolving from a student member and executive officer to a mentor and advocate. She now helps to recruit and retain collegiate chapters across the nation. Michelle values leadership and professional development and the transformative impacts these experiences can have on individuals.
