In her role as Associate Director of Recruitment, Neyesia (she, her, hers) supports Fellowship recruitment efforts by sourcing and cultivating top candidates for our programs. Neyesia joined BES from the role of HR Recruiter for AlphaBEST Education where she worked closely with the Maryland and Washington, DC operations team to ensure that all before and aftercare locations met their staffing requirements. Prior to that, she worked as a Talent Acquisition Associate with Headfirst Companies where she spearheaded talent efforts for their summer camps division. Neyesia holds a Masters of Professional Studies in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Towson University.
