Designed to meet the unique needs of each participant, BES provides individualized weekly or bi-monthly coaching to equip leaders to deliver on their school's ambitious goals.

Program Overview
BES School Leader Coaching is designed to support leaders in executive, instructional, operational, or cultural roles by sharpening the skills and mindsets they need to execute at the highest level.
Bi-weekly or monthly coaching sessions include and are not limited to strategic planning, problem-solving, practice and role play, co-planning meetings or professional development; hiring and retention conversations; and direct feedback on leader performance.
School Leader Coaching packages consist of varying hours of support broken up into 1:1 phone or video calls; document review; and video review of leader practice. Some packages also include site visits from the BES coach. (subject to change)
Audience
School Leader Coaching is for leaders in a variety of roles, including:
- School Directors
- Executive Directors
- Heads of School
- Principals
- Assistant Principals
- Directors (Operations, Curriculum, Instruction, Culture, etc.)
- Deans
- Grade-Level
- Department Chairs
- Teacher Leaders
Criteria
School Leader Coaching participants typically have at least two years of experience coaching and/or managing adults in schools for at least two hours per week or are responsible for a school-wide program or initiative in various roles.
Cost

Additional coaching components:
- $3,300 per two-day school visit through the LENS leadership development program
- $300 per virtual workshop
- $3,000 per additional one (1) full day in-person school site observation from BES coach (includes travel cost)
Partnerships
We believe that a leader’s growth is accelerated when they have a colleague who is simultaneously experiencing coaching, and can therefore create for each other a learning community.
BES offers incentives to partners who enroll multiple leaders or register for bulk seats. We encourage our partners to take advantage of this offer, as this enhances the quality of experience for their leaders and catalyzes both their collective and individual development.
